Midfielder Alpha Onyango says the team is ready and confident as they prepare to face KCB FC this Sunday at Dandora Stadium (3pm).

Speaking to the club’s media team, Alpha revealed that preparations have gone well and the squad is determined to build on last week’s victory.

“So far the preparation is okay. We have trained well for the upcoming match and I believe we will do our best,” he said.

The midfielder acknowledged the quality of their opponents, who have made a strong start to the season.

“It will not be an easy match. We know our opponents are good and have already won two matches, so it will not be easy. But we have prepared well,” he added.

Alpha pointed out that the 2-0 win over Sofapaka has boosted the players’ morale and given them confidence heading into the weekend clash.

“Winning our first match has given us the confidence to face them, and I believe in our team to emerge victorious,” he concluded.

With both teams seeking to build momentum early in the season, Sunday’s encounter promises to be a tightly contested battle.
