Striker Felix Oluoch was on target as we secured our second win of the season with a 1-0 victory over KCB FC at Dandora Stadium.

Coach Charles Akonnor’s side took control from the onset, dominating possession while KCB opted to sit deep and threaten on the counter.

Despite the early pressure, clear-cut chances were few and far between in the opening half.

The turning point came in the 61st minute when Ebenezer Adu-kwaw weaved through KCB’s backline before unselfishly squaring the ball to Felix Oluoch, who calmly tapped home to register his first goal.

K’Ogalo had a golden opportunity to double advantage in the 80th minute when Austine Odhiambo was brought down inside the box, but his penalty was well saved by the KCB goalkeeper.

Substitutes Ben Stanley and Patrick Essombe both came close to extending the lead late on, but 1-0 was the final score of the day after a composed defensive display in the closing stages.

The only downside to the victory was a first-half injury to midfielder Alpha Onyango, who was stretchered off and replaced by Fidel Oringa after what appeared to be a serious injury.
