Gor Mahia will be well represented on the international stage after four of its players made the trip to Kigali, Rwanda with Kenya national football team for the inaugural FIFA Series tournament.
The quartet of Ben Stanley, Frank Odhiambo, Michael Kibwage and Alpha Onyango have all linked up with the national team as they prepare to face Estonia, hosts Rwanda and Grenada in the multi-nation tournament.
The call-ups are a reflection of the players’ strong performances at club level, with Gor Mahia continuing to provide a solid core to the national setup.
Also initially named in the Harambee Stars squad were goalkeeper Brynne Omondi and defender Sylvester Owino who both pulled out due to injuries.
Gor Mahia wishes them the very best as they represent both club and country during the international window.
