Striker Felix Oluoch has taken a significant step forward in his recovery journey, resuming light training sessions as he continues to work toward full fitness following a major knee surgery earlier this year.
Oluoch, who underwent surgery for an osteochondral injury and a torn meniscus, is now back on the training pitch under close medical supervision, according to Team Doctor Brian Odongo.
“There is positive progress for Felix as he continues his recovery journey following a knee surgery,” Team Doctor Odongo said.
“He has resumed light training sessions under close medical supervision as he gradually works towards full fitness and return to competitive action,” Odongo noted.
The striker’s rehabilitation program is now centered on key pillars of recovery, including safe loading and strength building before he can be fully reintegrated into team activities.
“His recovery has been encouraging, with the focus remaining on safe loading, strength building and controlled reintegration into team activities,” the team doctor added.
While no timeline has been given for Oluoch’s return to competitive matches, medical staff remain optimistic about his progress.
